I'm Fernanda Montanher, a Product Designer with over 15 years of experience in digital design and a Google UX Design certification. I specialize in creating digital experiences that connect strategy, empathy, and metrics — delivering solutions that meet business goals and improve user experience.
I currently work as a Senior UX/UI Analyst at Cast Group (Kodiak project – Banco do Brasil) and as a Web Design Professor at FGP College. I also lead independent design projects for companies of all sizes, especially in the healthcare sector.
My background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Design from Instituto de Ensino Superior de Bauru and a Postgraduate Specialization in Digital Marketing from UNISAGRADO. I’ve also completed several certifications and workshops in UX, UI, accessibility, and artificial intelligence applied to design. I’m also a member of the Institute of Interaction Design, where I stay connected with the latest trends and practices in the field.
Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated with major brands and institutions like McCann Health, MSD, Nestlé Health Science, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, and several Brazilian medical societies. My work includes UX writing, accessibility, product metrics, and user-centered methodologies such as Design Thinking, Double Diamond, and Agile.
